Shipping Policy
Every piece at Nyraah Customs is handmade, embroidered, or ice-dyed with care. Because each item is created individually, please allow time for production before your order ships.
1. Processing Time
Most orders ship within 5–10 business days after payment is received. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer depending on design complexity.
We’ll email you once your order is complete and ready to ship.
2. Shipping Rates

U.S. Orders:

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $9.90 flat rate

International Orders:

Standard International (7–21 business days): $25 flat rate

3. Carriers
All U.S. orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on size and location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio.
4. Local Pickup
Local pickup in Seattle may be available upon request. Please contact us at nyraahcustoms@gmail.com before placing your order.
5. Delivery Issues
Once your package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Nyraah Customs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed items. If a shipment is delayed or lost in transit, please reach out — we’ll do our best to help locate it.
6. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email nyraahcustoms@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or repair when appropriate.
7. International Orders
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply. Nyraah Customs is not responsible for delays due to customs.
