Nyraah Customs is an independently owned brand specializing in handmade, one-of-one Artwear and custom embroidery. All items are produced in small batches or individually by hand.

2. Custom Work & Product Variations
Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur. These differences are part of the artistic process and add to the uniqueness of your product.

3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due at checkout through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other secure methods listed on our site.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times vary based on design complexity and production volume. Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you. Nyraah Customs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds
All items are handmade and one-of-one; therefore, returns and refunds are not accepted, except in the case of damaged or defective products. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nyraahcustoms@gmail.com if your order arrives damaged.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, photography, and written content on this site are the property of Nyraah Customs and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
